I listened to an episode of Cult of Pedagogy that had me up on my own soapbox about the things I have been trying to advocate for in these 10 years of teaching: the need for a cultural adjustment to more restorative practices in education.
What do these look like?
What do for students?
What gets in the way?
What are the impacts?
As someone who has been practicing these after many trainings, degrees, and real classroom practices, here are my thoughts on this episode and, in a much larger scope, restorative practices as a whole.
Here are my notes on the podcast that I walk through in this episode.
As always, here's my linktree for a link to all the things. I'm proud of you. Thanks for listening. Thanks for the support. Thanks for being you.
