Just as a woman endures pain before rejoicing at the birth of her child, so we endure sorrow in this “little while” before the joy of Christ’s resurrection and return.

With clarity and compassion, it acknowledges the real crosses Christians bear, from the grief of infertility to the weight of enduring in faith when Christ seems hidden.
