• Put It Into Practice: Learning to Trust the Little Voice Inside
    2026/09/07
What happens when you hear that little voice inside… and you don’t listen?

After spending the last few episodes talking about the Healing ARC, your Inner Oracle, conditioning, and learning to recognize the different voices influencing your decisions, life decided it was time for me to put everything I’ve been teaching into practice.

    Cool. Pop quiz.

This week, I’m sharing the very real and very recent story of losing one of my chickens, Dodge—and the grief, guilt, second-guessing, and spiritual questions that followed.

Before something happened that may have contributed to her decline, I had an instinct about what I should do. I considered it, weighed it against the information I had at the time…and ultimately chose something else.

Afterward, it was almost impossible not to wonder:

    What if I had listened?

Could I have prevented what happened?

Did I fail to trust myself?

And how do you forgive yourself when there really IS something you wish you had done differently?

In this episode of Jotindi: Journey to the Inner Divine, we’re talking about what self-trust actually looks like when life gets messy. Not when you follow your intuition and everything magically works out—but when you make a decision you regret, don't get the outcome you wanted, and have to figure out how to stay in relationship with yourself anyway.

We’ll explore hindsight and the alternate timelines we create in our minds, the difference between taking responsibility and punishing ourselves, what guilt may actually be trying to teach us, and why self-forgiveness doesn’t require pretending we did everything perfectly.

I’m also sharing some of the spiritual questions Dodge’s death brought up for me—including a healing spell jar that didn’t create the outcome I hoped for, my complicated feelings about miracles, and the uncomfortable realization that spirituality can sometimes become another way we try to control the uncontrollable.

Because maybe spiritual growth isn’t about becoming so connected that you never make another mistake.

Maybe self-trust is knowing that when you do, you won’t abandon yourself because of it.

If this episode brings up something you’re still carrying—something you did, didn’t do, or wish you could go back and change—my forgiveness ebook and workbook can help you begin working through it with more compassion, understanding, and intention.

  • The Voices Behind Your Choices: How Fear, Conditioning & Intuition Shape Your Decisions
    2026/08/31
Have you ever been making a decision and thought, “I genuinely have no idea if this is my intuition, my fear, or something I’ve just been taught to believe?”

    You’re definitely not alone.

In this episode, host Mariah Aurora explores the different inner influences that can shape our decisions — particularly fear, conditioning, and what Mariah calls the Inner Oracle.

Fear can show up as rapid-fire “what ifs.” Conditioning can be even trickier because eventually someone else’s beliefs can start sounding exactly like your own. And your Inner Oracle? She tends to sound quieter, simpler, and much more persistent.

But this episode isn’t about giving you a perfect formula for identifying the “right” voice every time.

    It’s about something deeper: discernment.

Mariah explores how childhood experiences can turn into beliefs that quietly run our adult lives, why two people can experience very similar circumstances and walk away with completely different conclusions, and how we can start becoming curious about the voices influencing our choices instead of blindly reacting to them.

You’ll also hear why fear and trauma responses aren’t necessarily something to silence, what it really means to trust yourself, and why making the “right” decision may be far less important than knowing you can stay with yourself through whatever happens next.

    In this episode, you’ll explore:

    • How fear, conditioning, and intuition can feel different

    • Why conditioning is so difficult to recognize once we’ve internalized it

    • How childhood experiences can quietly shape adult relationships and decisions

    • Why fear and trauma responses deserve curiosity instead of immediate dismissal

    • The difference between reacting and responding

    • Why self-trust doesn’t mean always knowing the right answer

    • How curiosity becomes the beginning of discernment

    • The deeper connection between discernment, the Healing Arc, and your Inner Oracle

One question to carry with you this week:

    Who’s talking right now?

When a thought, fear, urge, or knowing comes up, you don’t have to immediately decide whether it’s right or wrong.

    Get curious.

What is this voice trying to protect? Is this something I learned? Is this fear imagining what could happen?Or is something quieter trying to get my attention?

  • You Weren't Born Doubting Yourself: How We Learn to Stop Trusting Ourselves
    2026/08/24
You Weren't Born Doubting Yourself How We Learn to Stop Trusting Ourselves Part 3 of an ongoing series exploring the Healing Arc, the Inner Oracle, and how we learn to trust ourselves again. If you're new here, you can absolutely listen to this episode on its own, but you'll get even more out of it by also checking out the previous episodes on the Healing Arc and the Inner Oracle. Why do so many of us struggle to trust ourselves? Why do we second-guess our decisions, ignore our intuition, or constantly worry about disappointing other people? What if those patterns aren't personality traits at all? What if they're survival strategies we learned long ago? In this episode of Jotindi: Journey to the Inner Divine (Jotindi), host Mariah Aurora explores how self-trust is gradually shaped throughout childhood—not because children choose to abandon themselves, but because they learn how to adapt in order to feel safe, loved, and accepted. Through personal stories, relatable examples, and compassionate reflection, Mariah explains how many of the beliefs that keep us stuck today once served an important purpose. Healing isn't about blaming our past or pretending it didn't happen. It's about becoming curious enough to ask where those beliefs came from and deciding whether they still belong in our lives today. Most importantly, this episode offers hope. If these patterns were learned, they can also be unlearned. The journey back to yourself begins with awareness. In this episode, you'll discover: Why children aren't born doubting themselves. How everyday experiences shape our beliefs about who we are. The difference between survival strategies and healthy adult choices. Why self-abandonment is often the result of childhood adaptation—not personal failure. How awareness becomes the first step toward rebuilding self-trust. Why healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you've been underneath the fear all along. A Question to Take With You This week, instead of asking yourself, "What's wrong with me?" Try asking, "Where did I learn that?" You might be surprised how many of the beliefs you've been carrying aren't actually yours. If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to leave a review, share it with someone who might need to hear it, or join the conversation by answering this week's Spotify question. • The Little Voice Inside: How to Regain Trust in Yourself
    2026/08/17
The Little Voice Inside What Is Your Inner Oracle... and Why Have You Stopped Hearing Her?

Part 2 of an ongoing series exploring the Healing Arc, the Inner Oracle, and how we learn to trust ourselves again.

Have you ever had a moment where something inside you whispered, "Don't do it," but you ignored it anyway?

Maybe it was a relationship that looked perfect on paper but never felt quite right. Maybe it was a job, a decision, or even something as simple as taking a different route home. Whatever it was, you've probably looked back at some point and thought:

    "I knew it."

In this episode of Jotindi: Journey to the Inner Divine (Jotindi), host Mariah Aurora explores that quiet inner voice many of us have experienced—but few of us have stopped to understand.

Some people call it intuition. Others call it a gut feeling, divine guidance, their higher self, or simply instinct. Whatever language resonates with you, Mariah invites you to look beyond the label and become curious about the experience itself.

Together, you'll explore why so many of us stop trusting ourselves, how fear, conditioning, trauma, and other people's expectations can drown out our inner knowing, and why healing isn't about finding something you've lost—it's about rebuilding a relationship with something that has been with you all along.

This episode also introduces one of the foundational concepts behind Mariah's work: the Inner Oracle—the deepest part of yourself that continues to guide you, even when life gets loud.

    In this episode, you'll discover:
    • Why so many people stop trusting themselves.

    • The common experiences that point to your Inner Oracle.

    • Why different people have different explanations for the same inner knowing.

    • How fear, people-pleasing, and conditioning can make your own voice harder to hear.

    • The connection between the Healing Arc and rebuilding self-trust.

    • Why healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about hearing yourself again.

    Instead, simply notice.

Notice the moments when that little voice speaks up.

Notice the moments when you immediately talk yourself out of it.

    Then ask yourself:

"What has been speaking louder than my Inner Oracle?"

You might be surprised by the answer.

  • The 4 Stages Of Healing: Understand Where You Are, Why You Feel Stuck, and What to Do Next
    2026/08/10

Part 1 of an ongoing series exploring the Healing Arc, the Inner Oracle, and how we learn to trust ourselves again.

Have you ever looked back at a decision from your past and wondered, "Why didn't I know better?"

What if the answer isn't that you failed... but that you simply didn't have access to the deeper truth yet?

In this episode, we're revisiting one of the most important frameworks I've ever shared on the podcast: The Healing Arc. Over the past year, my understanding of this framework has deepened through my own healing journey, conversations with my therapist, and the incredible women I've had the privilege of working with.

The Healing Arc isn't a personality test or a grading system. It's a map.

A map that helps you understand where you are in your healing journey, why you may feel stuck, and what your next step might be.

Together, we'll explore the four stages of healing:

✨ Awaken – recognizing that something has to change and taking responsibility for your healing.

✨ Release – understanding your emotional patterns, questioning old beliefs, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

✨ Realign – practicing new ways of thinking, feeling, and living while rebuilding trust in yourself.

✨ Empower – integrating everything you've learned so healing becomes the way you live, not just something you do.

We'll also talk about why healing isn't a straight line, why different areas of your life can be in different stages at the same time, and why revisiting old patterns doesn't mean you've failed—it often means you've grown.

Finally, I'll introduce a concept that's becoming the heart of my work: The Inner Oracle. You'll get a glimpse into what it is, why it matters, and how the Healing Arc is ultimately about rebuilding your relationship with the deepest, wisest part of yourself.

    In this episode, you'll learn:
    • Why looking back with compassion changes everything.

    • The four stages of the Healing Arc and how to identify where you are today.

    • Why awareness comes before lasting change.

    • How healing builds emotional capacity and self-trust over time.

    • Why healing is more like a spiral staircase than a straight line.

    • How the Healing Arc prepares you to reconnect with your Inner Oracle.

  • Why Your Best Ideas Come When You Stop Looking for Them
    2026/07/27
Why Your Best Ideas Come When You Stop Looking for Them

Have you ever noticed that your best ideas show up when you're in the shower, walking the dog,

folding laundry, or watching the birds outside your window?

Why is it that clarity seems to arrive the moment we stop chasing it?

In this episode of Jotindi: Journey to the Inner Divine, I share a surprising breakthrough that happened after unplugging for a week on vacation—and how it completely changed the way I think about creativity, intuition, healing, and personal growth.

Together, we'll explore why our biggest breakthroughs often aren't the result of working harder, consuming more information, or forcing an answer. Instead, they emerge when we create enough space for everything we've already learned to become wisdom.

Inside this episode, we talk about:

✨ Why your brain needs periods of stillness to connect the dots

✨ The difference between collecting information and integrating wisdom

✨ How constant stimulation can drown out your own inner guidance

✨ The surprising overlap between neuroscience, intuition, and spiritual practice

✨ Why your greatest breakthroughs may already be forming beneath the surface

✨ Simple ways to create more space in your daily life without adding another task to your to-do list

This isn't an invitation to stop learning.

It's an invitation to stop long enough to hear yourself.

This week, instead of asking, "What else do I need to do?" try asking, "Where can I create a little more room?"

You might be surprised by what you've known all along.

    ✨ Free Resource

Download my free Clarity Map, a self-guided workbook designed to help you uncover clarity in any area of your life—whether you're navigating a relationship, career change, healing journey, or simply feeling stuck.

And if you'd like personalized guidance, you're invited to book a free 30-minute Clarity Call. Together we'll explore where you are, what's keeping you stuck, and the next aligned step on your journey.

Sometimes your deepest wisdom doesn't arrive with fireworks.

Sometimes it slips in so quietly that if you aren't paying attention... you'll miss it.

  • Do You Feel Behind in Life? Let's Talk About That.
    2026/07/20

Do You Feel Behind in Life? Let's Talk About That.

If you've ever looked at your life and felt that quiet, persistent ache of "I should be further along by now" — this episode was made for you.

On the occasion of turning 40, I'm getting really honest about something I think so many of us carry but don't talk about enough: the feeling of being behind. Where it comes from, why it follows us even when our circumstances change, and most importantly — what we can do about it.

    In this episode we cover:

    • What "feeling behind" actually is and where it really comes from
    • Why your winding, unexpected path was never the wrong path
    • How comparison is stealing your peace — and how to take it back
    • Why some of us have had a genuinely harder road (hello, neurodiversity)
    • The difference between acceptance and giving up
    • What divine timing actually means — and what it doesn't
    • Tools to help you move forward: vision boards, manifesting, healing root wounds, and finding the courage to take the leap

This episode is for you if:

    • You constantly compare your life to others and come up feeling like you're falling short
    • You've hit milestones and still felt like it wasn't enough
    • You're ready to release the timeline that was never yours and start trusting your own

    Ready to go deeper?

If something in this episode stirred something in you, I'd love to continue the conversation. I'm currently offering free discovery calls — a space for us to talk about where you are, what you're moving toward, and which tools feel most alive for you right now.
