    Having alone time in a relationship is extremely important. Being in a committed relationship doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t have your individual time to accomplish the goals you have for yourself. So long as you set certain boundaries from the start of the relationship where both parties agreed upon. Setting time aside for yourself will help keep the relationship fresh and also help each individual spiritually and mentally knowing you have the necessary time alone to reflect, meditate, work on projects etc. In this episode I will elaborate further on the subject matter.
