We’ll also dive into the concept of vision boards and realistic goal setting. [Reflecting on Last Year’s Achievements] Let’s start by looking back at the year that has passed. It was a year of planting seeds and laying foundations. I embarked on my own business venture, focusing on building strong relationships with regular clients. The highlight was self-publishing a book on Amazon, a solo effort that’s now earning royalties. In the world of digital media, I launched a podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and became a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, where I shared my tracks and launched an online course. [The Allure and Challenge of Vision Boards] As we stepped into the New Year, many of us created vision boards, brimming with dreams and goals. These boards are powerful tools for inspiration, but they often come with challenges. Many people find themselves falling behind on these aspirations, losing motivation along the way. The reasons? Sometimes the goals are too ambitious or not clearly defined, and life’s unpredictability can also throw us off course. [Setting Realistic Goals for This Year] This brings us to the essence of today’s talk - setting realistic and achievable goals. This year, the focus is on breaking down my goals into smaller, manageable steps.
