    In this episode, Mark and John sit down with the Bull's 2nd year Pitching Coach, Daniel Schlereth. After his first year overseeing Bulls pitchers, 3 members of the staff were drafted in the top 14 rounds of the MLB Draft with another signing to play independent ball. Coach Schlereth played in the MLB himself from 2009-2012 and spent over a decade playing professionally.

  • Ep. 79: the 2026 USF Baseball roster is here! Brewin Crew’s analysis

    In this episode, Mark and Adam sit down to talk about the recently unveiled 2026 USF Baseball roster. The guys also give their reactions to the recent success of USF Football and the hiring of USF’s first ever CEO of Athletics, Rob Higgins.

    Some of the newcomers highlighted include:

    • A transfer first baseman with 28 career D1 home runs
    • A transfer shortstop who stole 68 bases last season in D2
    • A JUCO catcher with a career 1.211 OPS
    • A 5’9” JUCO LHP with a 15 K/9 rate last season
    • A couple of transfer pitchers who had success in the Cape Cod League
    • A few 10/10 Perfect Game rated incoming freshmen

    The guys also talk about the core group of returners, including:

    • A pair of guys using an extra year of eligibility from the Pavia ruling
    • A pitcher with 18 career starts for USF that missed all of 2025
    • A few returning pitchers who will need to step into bigger roles
    • A returning outfielder that showed potential in limited action last year
