    Hello friends, family, and loved ones, just know that this is merely the beginning on this journey of self reflection, on this journey of growth, that I have choosen to share my experiences to make a difference. I know that time after time I have risen and fallen, but even at my lowest I manage to pick myself back up, dust myself off and do better next time. Some of you who think you knew me, maybe shocked with what you hear on this Podcast, and some of your will be seeing the real me for the 1st time. I am not Perfect, and I hope that hearing me talk about the times where I should have been broken, only motivate you to get back up, or to reach out and rekindle a friendship that would be worth while.
