Full of giggles and full of heart. It has depthhh. But also lightheartedness.

It feels really special to have my mom join me. We don’t all get two good parents. I feel so grateful that I got an incredible one, who allows me to grow, struggle, chart my own path, and return to love. That love that exists within all of us. Return home to my intuition, my true self.

Of course, life will continue to have ups and downs, but I hope this episode can serve as an anchor or beacon you can return to when you want to be reminded of life truths, or anything that we touch on that resonates with you.
