Have you ever felt the energy shift whether it's the energy of someone or something.... maybe even a place give off an energy.

Well for me I always know when it's time to go before it's time to go. The universe starts sending signs and then the energy shifts. If my husband doesn't get an "Invitation" then he will ignore the signs until it's no longer ignorable and an invitation smacks him in the face.

Listen in as I explain what I mean, what signs the universe gives and how I have been feeling this energy shift for a while now.

What's funny is I recorded this back in January and I am uploading this in March.... you will understand in a couple of episodes why I am referencing this. I find it comical that I am finally editing episodes that make so much sense now.

When you ask people for space it can be received differently depending on the person and what it might bring up with in them. Some will respect the fact you need space in order to process what's going on and what happening. While others will take it as an insult and find ways of making the space into more than what it is.

We asked for space in from two different people in two different times in our life and yet we look back and see how different each person's reactions have been.

Have you ever listened to something and it STOP you DEAD in the tracks and reminded you of something you once forgot or a core memory pops up.

This happened to me when I heard an audio on Tiktok on my FYP (For you Page). It hit me to my core and brought up some major shadows of mine.

I love that I got to edit this one this week. It's fitting for what is going on right now. It's like I had to relisten to myself and hear EXACTLY what I needed to hear to remind myself that this moment in time may have a villain but it's all happening for us not to us.

We place blame, shame and project on to people the villain title. Sometimes we hold those people, places and things with that title for years and even some our whole lives.

Not only do we place people as the villain in our own origin story, but they do the same to us in theirs.

Peeling back a layer of this mother wound and finding understanding of WHY this wound affects me and others around me.

When the mask of learning your parents are human..... the question becomes can I truly surrender and forgive in order to move on or do I hold on to this wound and never give forgiveness.

What can I say.... I am full of wounds and this one is one I never thought I would have this take on. Yes this is layered and cuts deep but I am just starting to understand some of this wound while watching others struggle with it and taking space to process it all with a new sense of clarity.
