    "Mindfulness is simplicity itself. It's about stopping and being present. That's all there is to it." (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

    By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.


    In this transition episode, I am guiding you on 4 meditations that you can always return to whenever you feel the need to slow down, to stop, and to be with yourself. To be in the present moment. You will find 2 short meditations if you are only starting and other 2 10 minute meditations. One for a body scan to relax your body and to let the energy flow. And the last meditation for self-acceptance. To accept who you are as you are.

    "Mindfulness is simplicity itself. It's about stopping and being present. That's all there is to it." (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

    By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.

    But to be in the moment, to the full, we have to slow down so that we can fully enjoy ourselves. We put dozens of commitments into our days and almost none of them are for ourselves, for the things we enjoy.

    That's why, on this journey, I invite you to slow down, to live more slowly - Slow Living - and to simplify. To go at your own time, at your own pace.

    And, out of curiosity, do you use an agenda? If not, perhaps you don't know the potential it has to help you organize your days more smoothly.
