  • S3_E14 Guided Mindfulness Meditations

    "Mindfulness is simplicity itself. It's about stopping and being present. That's all there is to it." (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

    By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.


    In this transition episode, I am guiding you on 4 meditations that you can always return to whenever you feel the need to slow down, to stop, and to be with yourself. To be in the present moment. You will find 2 short meditations if you are only starting and other 2 10 minute meditations. One for a body scan to relax your body and to let the energy flow. And the last meditation for self-acceptance. To accept who you are as you are.

    "Mindfulness is simplicity itself. It's about stopping and being present. That's all there is to it." (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

    By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.

    But to be in the moment, to the full, we have to slow down so that we can fully enjoy ourselves. We put dozens of commitments into our days and almost none of them are for ourselves, for the things we enjoy.

    That's why, on this journey, I invite you to slow down, to live more slowly - Slow Living - and to simplify. To go at your own time, at your own pace.

    And, out of curiosity, do you use an agenda? If not, perhaps you don't know the potential it has to help you organize your days more smoothly.

    By definition, Mindfulness is a mental state of control over the ability to concentrate on the experiences, activities, and sensations of the present.

    In the simplicity of the definition, however, there is the complexity of its practice. And in a world that is constantly on the move with constant distractions, being able to fully connect with ourselves, to be at the moment and in the now, can indeed be challenging.

    Our first approach to this month's theme is to practice mindfulness in our bodies so that through a simple technique, you can immediately reap some of the benefits of being present and aware

    Summer month is in full swing. Long, hot days. Mild nights. Everything invites us to be outside. So why not take this moment to connect with our greatest mentor, Nature?

    In August, I will be your guide in small tips and suggestions, so you can start connecting fully with Nature and learn how to draw its energy and vitality from it. Simple things, but they can change your days and your well-being.

    This week's connection is the soul's connection with nature.


    We're using the acronym LEAF to guide us through the priorities you need to pay attention to:
    L for Love and Letting go
    E for Empathy and Empowerment
    A for Awareness and Acceptance
    F for Freedom and Forgiveness

    My suggestion for this week is to take a whole day for yourself, to take care of yourself, to immerse yourself in a complete connection with Nature and an alignment between body, mind, and soul.
