Flow is just moving with your natural rhythm. It is moving with ease and grace rather than forcing something to happen.

You can't hustle for alignment. This is so powerful and helpful for us to remember. Alignment is different than hustle, for sure. There is so much peace and grace when you're in alignment and doing the things that you love to do.
