On today's episode, I am talking about my year end review process. It is such a powerful exercise to do and I highly recommend it. Here is my process:
- Review old journals, pictures, etc.
- Look for common themes
- What do I want to leave in 2025?
- What no longer serves me?
- What can I CELEBRATE?
- How did I show up in 2025?
- How do I want to show up in 2026?
- What intentions do I want to set?
I talk about how I really didn't want to do it this year, but I am so glad I did. Because many times certain situations take up a lot of space in our brains and we can think that it was all consuming, when really there were lots of other great moments in the year as well.
