  • The High Priestesses
    2025/04/21

In this introspective (but still hilarious) 4/20 episode, the Airheads reflect on their 15-year love affair with weed—and come to the surprising realization that... maybe it’s time to move on? Amanda considers the microdosing path (because raw-dogging life sounds insane) while Kelly shares how her nearly 365-day meditation streak has become her new high.

We get deep about redefining success beyond capitalism, celebrate how far we’ve come emotionally and spiritually, and get a little emo about being besties since age 12. Plus, Kelly spills the tea on attending her childhood best friend’s wedding—complete with chaos, grace, and a truly iconic pre-ceremony meditation moment.

We talk growth, grounding, and finding light in unexpected places. It’s heartfelt, a little stoney, and very us.

  • Pretty Airheads
    2025/03/31

✨ On this episode of Intellectual Airheads, we dive into spring cleaning—both for our closets and our souls. Kelly hosts a clothing swap with friends, and we all score some stylish finds before donating the leftovers to a local high school. (Yay for repurposing!) We chat about the satisfaction of finally erasing long-standing to-do list items and discuss the big topic of changing last names for marriage—Amanda jokes she’ll need to find someone with a really cool last name to replace Katz.

We also debut fresh new looks: Kelly shows off her glowing skin thanks to a new esthetician-approved skincare routine, while Amanda rocks her sleek bob. We get into our favorite beauty products of the moment and how Kelly’s ADHD makes her prone to canceling plans—so she’s making a vow to stop announcing every little thing she intends to do.

On the woo-woo side, Amanda shares her desire to visit an energy healer like the ones on The Goop Lab (basically an exorcism, but make it wellness), while Kelly thinks a really long hike might be just as effective. We also explore hypnosis—some forms give us the creeps, but hypnotherapy? Kinda cool and worth considering.

🎙️ Tune in for closet cleanses, beauty talk, and a little metaphysical musings on your favorite streaming platform!

  • Passionate Anger is our Band Name
    2025/03/24

In this episode of Intellectual Airheads, Kelly and Amanda dive into the latest celebrity relationship tea. They discuss why they're both shipping Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco (Kelly’s always team love 💕, and Amanda’s convinced Benny would make a mean home-cooked meal 👨‍🍳). The duo also weighs in on Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, wishing for more couple content instead of sketchy paparazzi clips.

They take a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminiscing about the messy, unfiltered days of early Kardashians episodes. Plus, they share their takes on Kim Kardashian’s Tesla robot photoshoot, questioning billionaire allegiances and moral compasses.

Things get real when Kelly shares a wild encounter at an AOC and Bernie Sanders rally in Denver, where she stood up to a disrespectful patron. Meanwhile, Amanda has a shockingly positive oil change experience—only for Kelly to hilariously remind her that basic respect is the bare minimum.

✨ Pop culture, personal chaos, and thought-provoking insights—this episode has it all. Tune in! 🎙️

  • Embracing Individuality
    2025/03/17

This week on Intellectual Airheads, we’re back with our classic Intellectual and Airhead moments of the week! Kelly absolutely crushed a job interview—she walked out feeling like she just performed a full stand-up comedy set. Meanwhile, her mission to shop local and avoid Amazon led her on a marker-hunting journey to four different stores… only to end up ordering online anyway. 😩 Are brick-and-mortar stores actually closer to extinction than we thought?!

Amanda recaps her trip to Florida—featuring an epic dolphin encounter and a beach day for the books. ☀️🐬 She also discovered that, against all odds, she can still run—clocking in almost 7 miles after years of avoiding it. But you know what she can’t do anymore? Go out two nights in a row. (Honestly… same. Let’s have our fun and then rest.)

    We also get into:

🔹 The copy-paste culture of Gen Z and the Instagram page that freaked Kelly out 🤖

🔹 Why Amanda would be spendinnnng if she had money, but still admires frugal rich people 💸

🔹 The tragic story of a Columbia University student who was taken by ICE—despite being a legal citizen—simply for being vocal in the Free Palestine movement.

From hilarious job interview wins to deep conversations about money, individuality, and injustice, this episode has it all.

👉 Hit play and join us for another round of laughs, unfiltered thoughts, and pop culture chaos.

  • Being Dramatic, Then It's All Fine
    2025/03/12

In this episode of Intellectual Airheads, Kelly recaps her recent trip to Florida — a trip she had major travel anxiety about for weeks. But plot twist: she loved it. From spotting wildlife like dolphins and manatees to unexpectedly loving Florida’s charm. She also admits she lowkey wanted to carry her new manatee stuffed animal everywhere and wondered if that made her immature — but Amanda came through with the best advice: don’t fight the comfort, just get comfortable without it. (Honestly...life advice for all of us.)

We also get deep in the nostalgia feels when Kelly drives through her childhood neighborhood, realizing how much has changed — and how weird it feels to see new families living in your old house. She even caught herself thinking "this would be a great neighborhood for a family" and had a full "OMG, I'm old now" moment. 🏡💭

ANDDD we couldn't not talk about the latest Summer House drama. 👀 We're absolutely living for the tension between Craig, Hannah, and Kyle, but so sad Amanda (from Summer House) has to constantly get caught in the middle of Kyle's petty drama. Paige’s stance on the whole thing? Honestly, it was so Amanda (Intellectual Airheads Podcast) coded. 😂

👉 If you’ve ever dealt with travel anxiety, felt nostalgic for your childhood home, or just love messy reality TV drama, this episode has everything you need. Hit play and join us for some big laughs, deep convos, and hot takes.

  • Airheads Discuss: The Audacity, Tumblr and Weed Pens
    2025/02/25
In this episode of Intellectual Airheads, we make a passionate case for why Tumblr needs to make a comeback—because, honestly, TikTok is just too much sometimes. One minute, you're watching a cute dog video, and the next, you're spiraling into the downfall of civilization. I just want an app that’s aesthetically pleasing and lets me scroll in peace! We also dive into the reality of long-term relationships and how they have a way of showing us what parts of ourselves still need healing. The truth is, your partner shouldn’t have to carry the weight of trauma they didn’t cause—but at the same time, love can be one of the most powerful healing forces. There’s something so special about that us against the world mentality, where every challenge is faced as a team and personal growth happens through love. Speaking of relationships, we also talk about the difference between being idolized and truly being seen. While being put on a pedestal might seem appealing, there’s nothing more powerful than being fully known and loved for exactly who you are. And in the spirit of keeping it real, Kelly opens up about her morning struggles—because sometimes, the first step of a morning routine is literally just sitting up in bed. If all you can do is take things one step at a time, that’s more than enough. We also touch on cultural differences in manners, specifically how men in other countries seem way more considerate than the ones in America. Are we imagining this, or is there something actually different about how people are raised elsewhere? Finally, Amanda shares her thoughts on smoking the flower—are vape pens the way to go, or do we stick with the classics? Tune in for the laughs, the deep talks, and the chaotic social media rants. Love you all!
