  • Enjoy & Be Useful | A Simple Spiritual Practice for Everyday Life
    2026/03/09

In this Community Sunday teaching, Daniela explores a simple yet profound life practice: enjoy and be useful.Enjoyment opens the heart, while usefulness directs our energy toward others. Together, they create a powerful balance—joy that fuels service, and service that deepens joy.Daniela also invites us to notice the difference between being helpful and being useful. True usefulness doesn’t seek recognition, appreciation, or anything in return. It begins with listening, attunement, and responding to what is genuinely needed in the moment.Through small everyday moments, this practice helps us live with greater presence, gratitude, and purpose. Two simple questions guide the practice: - How can I enjoy this moment more fully? - How can I be useful right now?

    2026/03/09

In this Community Sunday teaching, Daniela introduces a simple but powerful key for inner work: enjoy and be useful.Enjoyment isn’t the same as comfort, gratification, or distraction. It’s about how we meet the moment with awareness and presence. Through small daily moments, this practice helps shift us out of automatic reactions and into conscious living. One of the biggest things that pulls us out of enjoyment is complaining. Complaining strengthens the ego and drains our energy, while gratefulness brings us back into our right mind.In this teaching, Daniela invites us to pause when complaints arise, observe our thoughts, and reconnect with gratitude and awareness in the ordinary moments of everyday life.Sometimes the most powerful spiritual practices are also the simplest.

  • A Simple Key to Living with Purpose | Community Sunday Teaching
    2026/03/09

In this Community Sunday reflection, Daniela shares a simple yet powerful invitation: for the next 30 days, practice living by two keys — enjoy and be useful. If we imagine that we are spiritual beings having a human experience here at what she calls “Earth School,” then life becomes a place to learn, grow, explore, and serve. Our deeper nature may be pure awareness, yet here in everyday life we play many roles — friend, partner, parent, neighbor. So how do we live well within the scenes of our lives?Daniela invites us to think of life like a stage. Each moment is a scene — whether in the kitchen, at work, or here together online. Our practice is to become more present to the living moment exactly as it appears, and to notice what quality of being we bring into that moment. Are we bringing impatience or compassion?Reactivity or understanding?Complaint or presence? Our dharma — our inner work — is to bring greater harmony between who we are being and what life is presenting. For the next 30 days, try this simple practice: enjoy the moment you’re in, and be useful within it.

  • Emotional Completion: The Path to Clarity & Peace
    2026/03/02

What does it mean to get “complete” in a relationship? Daniela explores how emotional completion brings us closer to neutrality, even if interactions or memories still carry some pain.

In this Sacred Sunday teaching, she shows how:

    – acknowledging what is unfinished helps us reduce emotional charge

    – we can approach relationships as they are, without trying to fix or defend

    – our reactions often reflect past versions of ourselves, from childhood to our wiser self

    – we can create healthy boundaries while staying tender and clear

Using contemplative inquiry, Daniela guides us to:

    – notice where we operate from fear, hurt, or wisdom

    – identify what we need for ourselves to remain grounded, awake, and powerful

    – explore what actions, if any, are necessary to maintain clarity

    – engage in relationships fully as they are, without unnecessary attachment or charge

This practice invites maturity, self-awareness, and deep insight into how we relate to others – helping us navigate interactions without being hijacked by old emotional patterns.

✨ Sacred Sunday is a monthly offering from Great Energy, supporting emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being through reflective practices and contemplative guidance.

  • A Writing Practice for Emotional Completion
    2026/03/02

The mind can be crowded with stressful thoughts – looping, overlapping, and demanding attention all at once.

In this Sacred Sunday teaching, Daniela shares a simple yet powerful practice for emotional completion: putting your mind on paper. Using a pencil-and-paper approach, she guides us through how to name what feels unfinished, one thought at a time, without judgment or urgency.

Drawing on a teaching from Byron Katie, Daniela describes the mind as a room full of crying babies – each thought needing to be acknowledged and tended to individually. By writing everything down, we no longer have to carry it all at once. The nervous system can soften, and clarity begins to emerge.

From there, she explores how to gently inquire into one thought at a time through contemplative meditation – not to fix or analyze, but to listen deeply to what is underneath. This process often reveals emotional roots, unmet needs, self-forgiveness, and whether any true action is required.

  • The Five Core Soul Wounds & The Path to Neutrality
    2026/03/02

What does it truly mean to thrive?

In this introduction to Jumpstart Your Energy, Daniela shares the deeper “why” behind her work: freedom — freedom from unnecessary suffering, and the freedom to engage with life fully.

Thriving isn’t about constant positivity or prosperity. At its root, to thrive means to take hold of your life. To engage fully. To grow by meeting what is actually here — the plot twists, the cast of characters, the exact moment as it appears.

If we are spiritual beings having a human experience — here to learn and grow — then growth requires one essential ingredient: energy.

Energy is our capacity to engage. Physically, it fuels our cells, organs, and nervous system. Energetically, it shapes the quality of our vitality, our aliveness, and our ability to respond and adapt to life.
