 For 17 years, Kalene Griffith has served as President and CEO of Visit Bentonville, leading a dedicated team to promote Bentonville as a vibrant destination for over two decades. Her role at the Destination Management Organization involves strategic planning, storytelling, sales, economic development, and community engagement, driving tourism growth and new economic opportunities for local businesses. Appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson to the Arkansas State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission in 2015, Kalene served until 2021, contributing to statewide tourism initiatives. As a passionate community leader, she collaborates on visionary developments to shape Bentonville’s future, leveraging her expertise in marketing communications and social networking to highlight the city’s attractions and events.

Kalene Griffith’s commitment to economic development and enhancing quality of life has spurred initiatives that attract visitors, businesses, and investments, fostering significant growth and engagement. Prior to Visit Bentonville, she served as Executive Director at the YMCA of Callaway County, expanding programs and services following a new facility’s construction. Her enthusiasm for tourism, bolstered by her appointment to the state commission, continues to inspire and elevate Bentonville as a thriving destination for all.

Mindy McAlindon represents Arkansans in the10th House district. She continues to fight for parental empowerment, strong schools, lower taxes and securing Arkansas' quality of life. In 2023, she was awarded the Legislator of the Year award by ALEC and in 2024 she received the National Consumer Champion award by Consumers’ Research for her bills protecting state pensions.

Outside of politics, Mindy is a Vanderbilt and Indiana University alum who works as a Brand and Marketing Strategist. Mindy resides in Benton County, AR with her husband and their four children.
