Have you ever asked, “Who am I, really?” Philippians 1 gives us the answer straight from God’s Word: If you’re saved, you are IN Christ—a saint, a servant, a recipient of grace, and a work in progress that God promises to finish. In this message from Philippians 1:1–6, we take a close look at four little prepositions—IN, OF, FROM, and UNTIL—and uncover big spiritual truths about our identity, our position, our daily experience, and our confidence in Jesus Christ.
Being “in church” is good… but it’s not the same as being in Christ. True salvation isn’t about behavior or trying harder—it’s about a transaction: exchanging your sin for Christ’s righteousness by faith alone. That’s the Gospel. And the moment you trust Christ, you’re declared holy, sealed by His Spirit, and held by His grace—not just saved, but kept saved.
If you’ve never trusted Christ as your Savior, I urge you—come to the cross today. Repent of your sin, and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. He will save you, and He will finish the work He starts in you.
