Aksh rushes Nidhi to hospital as her labour begins, staying beside her through a difficult delivery that requires surgery. The birth of their son brings an emotional release for the couple and celebration for the waiting family. Back home with their baby, Aksh and Nidhi reaffirm their love as their story closes on a new chapter together.

With Aksh overdue and unreachable, Nidhi’s worry grows until even Virat struggles to reassure her. His eventual return brings relief, followed by an affectionate reconciliation and a promise to remain beside her. As the weeks pass, Nidhi’s discomfort intensifies, culminating in a sudden cry of pain that sends the household rushing to her room.

Nidhi overhears Aksh’s plan to leave the country and feels hurt that he intended to go without telling her. After an emotional confrontation, she accepts the trip on the condition that he returns safely to her and their baby. Her mother, Bela and Virat care for her in his absence, but the following evening brings no word from Aksh.

Aksh receives Rocky’s whereabouts and begins preparing to confront him, keeping the details from Nidhi. As her pregnancy advances, everyday movement becomes harder and she depends increasingly on his presence and care. When she asks him to stay beside her, Aksh faces the difficulty of leaving for London without upsetting her.

On the way to a pregnancy check-up, Nidhi’s craving for pani puri leads to another tussle with Aksh over what she can eat. At the hospital, seeing their baby on the scan gives him a powerful moment of connection, while the doctor discusses the child’s rapid growth. With Nidhi reassured, Aksh quietly returns his attention to finding Rocky in London.

Worn down by her pregnancy, Nidhi grows frustrated with Aksh’s restrictions and constant watchfulness. A late-night disagreement escalates when she injures her hand in anger and he threatens to hurt himself in response. Her desperate plea stops him, allowing them to reconcile as he tends to her injury and they talk about their baby.

News that Rocky has escaped to London keeps Aksh’s violent world close, even as he tends to Nidhi at home. The household welcomes Bela and Virat’s daughter, who is named Jeevika and quickly develops a fondness for her uncle. As the family settles around its newest member, Nidhi’s persistent sickness and exhaustion make her pregnancy increasingly difficult.

Bela and Virat meet their daughter, and Nidhi eagerly embraces her new role as an aunt. Holding the newborn gives Aksh another glimpse of fatherhood, though his attention remains firmly on Nidhi’s need for rest. Back home, he prepares food for her late-night cravings while an underworld call brings troubling news about an enemy named Rocky.
