  • Start Creating DEFINING Moments
    2026/10/29

Is there an idea that’s been sitting on a dusty shelf for a while now? Maybe it’s a conversation you keep putting off, an adventure you want to take, or a change you already know you need to make. I’ve been thinking a lot about defining moments lately and how often we treat them like something that just happens to us.

We tend to picture them as the big milestones everyone else would recognize. I want to show you why that’s only part of the picture, and what it really takes to stop waiting for a defining moment and start creating one, for yourself and for the people you care about.

    Episode Highlights:

    • What makes a moment defining, even when it seems small at the time
    • The point where an idea turns into something with lasting impact
    • How to create meaningful moments for the people around you

    Mentioned in the Episode:

The Power of Moments by Chip and Dan Heath: www.heathbrothers.com/books/the-power-of-moments/

  • NO-vember
    2026/10/22

How often do you say yes when you really wanted or needed to say no? Maybe it’s a volunteer spot you’ve held for years or a favor that eats up an afternoon you didn’t have. Saying no can feel tricky, especially when you’re used to keeping everyone happy.

Last year I celebrated my first real NO-Vember, and this year I’m getting a head start. I’m sharing what saying no actually protects in your life, plus a few ways to say it with more confidence and conviction when it still feels uncomfortable.

    Episode Highlights

    • How saying no frees you up for what is actually yours to do
    • Why every yes you give today costs you time later
    • The simple responses I keep ready when I’m not sure of my answer yet

  • Dealing with the Details
    2026/10/15

Lately I keep landing in the same conversation with different people, and it’s about details. The small ones that get skipped when we’re rushing, and the disruption that shows up later because nobody stopped to tend to them. In a world where hustling is a flex, slowing down long enough to notice can feel almost backwards.

So I wanted to bring that conversation here, because I think the little details deserve a lot more credit than we give them. And I’m sharing one of my favorite examples of exactly why.

    Episode Highlights

    • The famous rock band contract clause everyone misunderstood, and what it was really about
    • Where the small details show up in everyday life, from nutrition labels to your finances
    • A simple way to think and pray through the details that matter to you

  • The Next 3 Months Are YOURS for the Taking
    2026/10/08

There are a little under 90 days left in the year, and if you've pulled out the goals you set back at the beginning of it, part of you might be channeling Fat Amy from Pitch Perfect and saying "crushed it." Another part of you might have a hand hovering over the "oh no, I haven't done any of that" end-of-year panic button.

Don't worry. We're going to kick that oh no feeling to the curb. I'm sharing 10 simple things, plus a bonus, that I believe can change the game for you over the next three months in your life and your work. None of them are complicated, and a few of them are actually fun.

    Episode Highlights

    • What to do with the goals you haven't touched since you wrote them down
    • Why I stopped habit stacking my walks and what I'd been missing
    • The everyday habit that leaves you feeling like a pinball machine

  • Making the hap, hap, happiest season of all ... actually happy NOW
    2026/10/01

Does your to-do list blow up every year during the holidays in November and December? For so many of us, the season we look forward to most turns into the one it takes weeks to recover from. When I looked into what holiday stress does to us, the numbers stopped me in my tracks.

This year can feel different. In this episode I walk through the decisions you can make right now, well before the rush, so you get to decide how the season goes. It all starts with one question I want you to answer boldly, and everything else builds from there.

    Episode Highlights

    • What holiday stress is actually doing to your brain
    • The October text that made Christmas so much easier for my family
    • How deciding early lightens your mental load before the season even starts

  • You Can BEAT This
    2026/09/24

How many times have you talked yourself out of something today? I've already felt resistance about ten times on my way to record this episode, and I'd bet you've felt it too. It shows up around the hard conversation you keep delaying and the project that keeps sliding to next week, and it's easy to mistake it for just not being ready.

There's a phrase that has been living rent-free in my head for a couple of years, and it has become my anchor when things get tricky. Resistance tends to show up right when you're reaching for something that matters, and naming it changes what you do next.

    Episode Highlights

    • Why the more important the goal, the more resistance you'll feel
    • How the things you've already done count as proof you can move through it again
    • The one question to ask about where resistance has been winning lately

  • Have an ANSWER Ready
    2026/09/17

There are certain conversations you can see coming from a mile away, and somehow you still end up defending yourself, over-explaining, or saying something you didn't mean to.

In this episode, I'm talking about what changes when you decide in advance what you're going to say, so you're not scrambling for the right words in the moment. It's not about having the perfect comeback. It's about being able to respond from somewhere steadier instead of getting pulled into the same reaction every time.

    Episode Highlights:

    • The pattern that keeps pulling you into defending yourself in conversations you saw coming
    • A prayer practice for the situations that keep showing up no matter what you do
    • What changes when your answer comes from something steadier than a reaction

  • The Little Break You REALLY Need
    2026/09/10

I worked with a woman last year whose schedule would make your head spin. She came to me for coaching feeling like her family was sacrificing when she was working, and the people she worked for were sacrificing when she was with her family. She felt scattered all the time.

    Anyone else?

In our time working together, one thing shaped how she moved forward with less overwhelm and more peace. It was something so small it's easy to write off, but once she started using it on purpose, everything about how she moved through her days changed. I'm walking through what that shift looks like and how you can start putting it into practice today.

    Episode Highlights:

    • Why the breaks you're most resistant to might be the ones you need most
    • A simple trick to keep your breaks from pulling you into a distraction spiral
    • How to turn a few spare minutes into progress on something you actually care about
