She runs her own bookbinding business, Virgie and Mary, and works as a library specialist, spending most of her waking hours immersed in books. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two kiddos.

KATE: When Kate first started to read she quickly learned about journeying and exploring through books. Reading allowed her to be totally transported and was one of her all-time favorite ways to spend time. Her love and respect for both spoken and written wisdom still fuels and guides so much of her life today.
Kate is a spiritual consultant for individuals and companies all over the world through her business The Light Within. She lives in the Texas hill country with her precious husband and animal family.
In her spare time Kate endlessly muses and ponders and tries her damndest to remember to meditate. She revels in this world’s fabulous food and drink and plays outside in the dirt whenever she can.
