Barbershop Therapy isn’t about fixing anyone.
It’s about listening, understanding, and creating room for healing in ways that feel natural, respected, and overdue.

Because men’s health matters.
Men’s voices matter.
And healing looks different when men are finally permitted to speak.

This special episode is our reminder that wellness is not one-sided—it’s collective.

Through ReEntry Ready, I provide community-based support focused on reentry preparation and rehabilitation for incarcerated individuals. This work centers on equipping inmates with practical life skills, personal accountability, and transitional resources that support successful reintegration, reduce recidivism, and strengthen families and communities.
