The mission of Women on the Ballot is to demystify running for office. Women face challenges, real and imagined, that make the decision to throw their hat in the more political ring daunting than for their male counterparts. Though it is hard work, it is totally possible to successfully run for office!

In this episode Cyndi shares her journey of election wins to 8 years as House Minority Leader and her decision to run for higher office. She shares the secret sauce to her success as building relationships with all voters while knocking on doors. She was named "most powerful woman in OK" by OKW News.
