 On this premier episode of the Monday Morning Admissions podcast, we start our show - as well as your new week that begins your new year on campus - with a statement: Something has to change. Too many admissions departments are doing the same thing that every other admissions department is doing when it comes to marketing, showcasing their campus, and leading prospective students through the process. The result? Lagging yield rates, frustrated enrollment management leaders, and a growing questions pressure to meet the goals set for you on your campus. We've been doing training and research at colleges and universities around the country for more than two decades, but this new podcast we're launching will be asking some new questions, and feature original voices, when it comes to the goal of maintaining robust enrollment numbers on campus. Today, we lay out that plan - and, give you a quick view of what you might consider changing when it comes to your approach on your campus.
