What truly caused a seemingly innocent husband and father to be placed dead center in the crosshairs of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, the FBI and even the IRS? In 2015, Brad Raucci is hired to write the screenplay, but as the film is set to begin production, it's abruptly shut down by unknown forces. 10 years later, he gets a tip there's a lot more to the story than he ever could've imagined.
