We all have feelings, and we all need food. Rather than just being something to fuel our bodies, food is part of our identity as it permeates throughout our cultures, perspectives, and emotions. Food and Feels is a podcast hosted by Lindsay, a big-time feeler and born to be a foodie. Join in as they discuss different foods, traditions, and feelings behind experiences, from snacks to large feasts to how to prepare a simple breakfast. Each episode focuses on a theme centered around food and how various cultures approach a very much shared experience.© 2025 Food and Feels
