***Trigger Warning: This episode talks about diets, diet culture, and other food-related topics surrounding this***Welcome back to the second episode of Food and Feels. Today, we discuss some scientific studies on New Year's Resolutions and our approaches to meeting our goals, especially surrounding food. We discuss finding out motivation after being tripped up by obstacles and how to listen to our bodies when it comes to working on ourselves.
While this episode may be more feelings-focused than food-focused, we hope that you still find something new to think about! A huge thanks to Chilly Nick for the new intro and outro music!
