So often I hear "But I can't sit still" when it comes to meditation practices. In this meditation, I guide you through a gentle standing practice, you may use a prop, chair, or table to keep you upright if needed.


You may find that you can do this meditation anywhere, maybe in a line at the market, or while waiting for a friend. Remember it only takes mindfulness and breath to connect deeper with ourselves, so that we may connect deeper with others.
