 Sumaya Abuhaidar, Ph.D. is a life coach and equine guided coach based in Crested Butte, Colorado. With her husband Jason Berv and her herd of four horses, she points people to a deeper understanding of the Three Principles. Sumaya first encountered the Principles in 2003 and has dedicated herself since that time to learning and sharing this understanding. She loves nothing more than pointing people to the truth of who they really are and unleashing human potential and possibility.
In this episode, Sumaya describes her work with horses and how she has come to see the work as a profound way to share the language of Mind and to facilitate deep insights for her clients. Sumaya also shares her two year journey of illness and injury and how that journey led her to a direct experience of her innate wellbeing and wholeness even in the midst of profound physical and psychological distress.
