このコンテンツについて
On this podcast, Simon Lim puts the spotlight on Irwan Shah, Founder of Tageh and Oh My Jellie. Irwan gives you insights to his heritage, culture and shares his favourite things about Singapore. He also reveals what makes him feel uniquely Singaporean.
What does Irwan think is one custom or tradition that Singaporeans should continue to practice in order to preserve our cultural identities or uniquely Singaporean identity?
Irwan will talks about the delicious snacks under his Tageh label - muruku, traditional bangkit, peanut brittle bars and rice crispies. He also lets you in on how he creates his 3D jelly cakes for his jelly cake business called Oh My Jellie. These beautiful 3D confections look like those classical glass paperweights our parents or grandfathers used to place on their office table.
It is an especially interesting interview as Irwan shares about heritage, culture and his favourite things about Singapore.
This interview was first heard on the radio show "NIGHTS WITH SIMON" on ONE FM 91.3, a station of SPH Media in Singapore. Download this interview and enjoy the conversation between Simon Lim and Irwan Shah.
