On today's episode, we are talking about coming out of the winter funk. This winter has been one of the most challenging I have had in a very long time. I feel like the fog is lifting and it is so incredibly helpful!
It has been tough to sit in the uncomfortable feelings and to allow it to just be. I think that is often really challening for all of us.
