Ciao, amici miei! Two of my AI classmates came for lunch, and I cooked with only what was already in my kitchen: two packs of pasta, tomato sauce, a little hot pepper, garlic powder, fresh herbs and the last piece of cheese in my fridge.

Along the way I share a story close to my heart. I was born in Bucharest, and Romanian, like Italian, comes from Latin. Bună and buona. Pâine and pane. Soare and sole.

In this episode: a simple Italian tomato pasta, a fresh green salad, my ginger, lemon and honey tea, and easy zero-waste tips you can use tonight.

A big orange pumpkin, a whole chicken and good friends around my table. This weekend the pumpkin became the pot: I cooked the whole chicken right inside it, with chickpeas, vegetables and my Arabic spices, slowly in the oven until the house smelled like home.

I share how to cut a pumpkin safely, why you should never wash raw chicken, why a food thermometer and not the clock tells you dinner is ready, and how the leftovers, the bones and the pumpkin seeds become tomorrow's meals.

Before you order anything tonight, open your fridge. What is asking you to use it today?

Save food, save time, save money, save water, save energy. My mission is to help save one billion meals.
