Paul described his life goal as finishing the race and ministry he had been given by Jesus, and wow, he really put in all of his effort to do that. Paul pushed through no matter what obstacles came at him, and forged ahead even when he knew there would be more challenges. When Paul bids farewell to the Ephesian church leaders, he encourages them to continue on in his example. But can anyone live up to him? How did he even do it?
This Sunday, you may want to bring a pen and paper. We’ll be studying Paul’s words closely so we can figure out how we might finish our own races.
This week's speaker is Michelle Quach, one of our Elders. You might recall Michelle was a former summer student and has preached previously sharing a wisdom beyond her years. Michelle is married to Jason, and they have three young sons. Michelle and Jason have a heart for small groups and have started numerous small groups for young families and new faces at NAC.
