このコンテンツについて
Thoughts arrive like chicken and egg, cat and mouse. They are meant to be enjoyed as life as much as play. What ifs burn in our minds, exhaust our actions if there are no outlets, and so we create, endure, enjoy games.
These are vibrations, feelings, waves of making sense. Unfortunately, there are so many, and so many have closed themselves off to a number of possibilities and shame and guilt and deny and blame their perception of what can/not or should/not be, sometimes without knowing anything about whatever they are. Much like anything, it's an imperfectly perfect system, which may/not leave room for allowance and being.
Rather than give anecdotes or prescriptions, I give you laughter and joy and appeal of understanding through brainstorming and thought-salad; it's re-remembering, unearthing meanings and connections from a heart space that can accept them, knowing they are not of madness, anger, hate, though it's okay if they were.
The practice of exercising self-talk, exploring what happens when you give your Self silence to everything except your thoughts, because there are so many, and you've been doing so much processing of them, that it quantifies and qualifies everything as catharsis, healing, revealing what matters least, what matters most, which can vary greatly day to day. And, it can be freeing to know, if the same old, same old, does/doesn't greet you, that you've found peace and knowing within/without love, fear, gain, and doubt.
