We’re often taught to “push through,” “stay strong,” or “fix how we feel”, but what if the most powerful thing you could do is simply give yourself space to feel?
In this episode, we explore what it means to hold space for yourself with compassion, curiosity, and presence. Not to get lost in your emotions, but to acknowledge them fully, without rushing to change or judge them.
Because deep down, isn’t that what we all want? To be seen, heard, and accepted just as we are. And yet, when it comes to ourselves, we often do the opposite: we criticize, avoid, or try to force our way out of discomfort.
What we will cover:
✅ Why we resist our feelings and try to override them
✅ How our thoughts and emotions get tied to identity and how to slowly loosen that grip
✅ Ways to begin allowing emotions without being consumed by them
✅ How to meet the moment as it is, then choose what action (if any) feels right
