  • The Hotline: Is He the One? Dating Again, Mom Boundaries & Bravo 101
    2026/08/06

The hotline is open - and we have a lot to discuss! This week, I’m catching you up on Off Campus and everything else on my screen before diving into your questions. How do you start dating again after a long-term relationship? How do you know when someone is “the one”? Which relationship green flags actually matter? Plus, setting boundaries as a stay-at-home mom, trusting your instincts in new motherhood, and the only acceptable places to begin your Bravo education.

  • How to Make Summer Feel Like Summer Again
    2026/07/29

Summer has a way of slipping by before we ever feel like we're actually in it. This week, I'm sharing a postpartum life update, how sleep training has completely changed our house (for the better!), the shows I've been loving lately, and a bit of a spiral about why summer doesn't seem to "summer" the way it used to.

I keep coming back to this idea of chronic not-enough-ness - that feeling that we're not making enough memories, not getting outside enough, not soaking up the season enough. Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, we forgot how to be bored, how to slow down, and how to let an ordinary Tuesday be enough.

So this episode is really just me talking through a few simple ways we can reclaim a little of that carefree feeling!

  • Normalize Loving Life & Not Always Having Fun
    2026/07/22

After months of sleepless nights, Peter and I finally started sleep training - and I genuinely feel like our entire family is coming out of a fog. I’m sharing the emotional reality of those first few nights, why finally getting sleep has somehow made me feel even more exhausted, and the ways sleep deprivation affected how I saw myself as a mom.

Then I’m diving into the conflicting emotions that come with living inside the life you once dreamed about. I can feel both incredibly grateful and completely overwhelmed. I can miss an old chapter without wanting it back. Visualizing and praying for a season doesn’t mean it won’t still be tough in ways we never expected.

Plus, a few summer TV and book chat, some classic RHONY nostalgia, and why I’m officially declaring it a hot girl fall.

  • Bring Back Boredom (with the Hubs, Peter Kraus!)
    2026/07/10

Peter and I are catching up after a full Fourth of July weekend, plus a little Andie update (16 weeks and full of personality) and what we've been watching lately.

Then we dive into something I haven't been able to stop thinking about - I came across a post that basically argued about how we've forgotten how to be bored, and honestly I think it might be onto something. We talk about how our phones have filled every quiet moment, what boredom looked like growing up, and why watching Andie stare at a ceiling fan for twenty minutes has completely changed the way I think about slowing down.

  • The Hotline: Wedding Regrets, Layoffs, Taylor Swift's Lip Color, And a Fish Fry Incident
    2026/06/25

Welcome back to the Hey Hana Hotline — your questions, answered. This week I'm catching you up on Peter's first Father's Day, a weekend at Sand Valley, and the four-month sleep regression I genuinely cannot define. Then I open up the hotline: how marriage changes your career goals, moving to the Midwest, the best career advice I've ever gotten, my biggest wedding regrets, pivoting out of a sports career, surviving sleep deprivation, navigating visitors with a newborn - and yes, a stranger tried to take my baby outside a Friday fish fry. Plus: my thoughts on the Taylor and Travis MSG wedding, because of course!!

  • Bad Sleepers & Summer House
    2026/06/18

Peyton's back, and she's about to pop. Like, literally any day now. This week my best gf joins me for a proper catch-up on all things new motherhood - what baby gear is worth keeping, what to borrow instead of buy, and why your second-born might just save your sleep schedule. We get into the postpartum hair loss timeline nobody warns you about, the dream feed that stopped working, and the very valid frustration of having to celebrate Father's Day while nine months pregnant.

Then we get into Summer House - whether West's exit was a long time coming, what Amanda did wrong at the reunion, and why Bravo desperately needs a funny guy in that house.

Also: Father's Day guilt, Craig getting a recycled card, key lime pie discourse, and the barometric pressure theory of going into labor.

  • Single Girl Myths
    2026/06/10

12 weeks postpartum (leap 3 has entered the chat!!) and somehow I found myself thinking about single girl myths. In this episode I'm breaking down three things we get completely wrong about single women - starting with why the solo night in is actually the ultimate luxury. Also why your single friend is not your entertainment, why she doesn't owe you the recap, and why "I'm just asking because I care" doesn't make the questions any less exhausting. This one's for the single girls, the formerly single girls, and the married moms who miss ordering in alone.

  • June Favorites & The Case for Wearing the Same Outfit All Summer
    2026/06/03

We're back! After a much-needed week off, Hana is back and keeping it completely real about what went down - newborn life, swaddle struggles, Memorial Day chaos, and just needing a minute to mentally catch-up. This week we're chatting current favorites going into June: no screens at dinner, hosting over going out, getting comfortable being a beginner again, baggy everything, and why we should all be rewearing our outfits this summer. Plus some Summer House reunion thoughts, because obviously.
