  • The Hotline: Is He the One? Dating Again, Mom Boundaries & Bravo 101
    2026/08/06

The hotline is open - and we have a lot to discuss! This week, I’m catching you up on Off Campus and everything else on my screen before diving into your questions. How do you start dating again after a long-term relationship? How do you know when someone is “the one”? Which relationship green flags actually matter? Plus, setting boundaries as a stay-at-home mom, trusting your instincts in new motherhood, and the only acceptable places to begin your Bravo education.

  • How to Make Summer Feel Like Summer Again
    2026/07/29

Summer has a way of slipping by before we ever feel like we're actually in it. This week, I'm sharing a postpartum life update, how sleep training has completely changed our house (for the better!), the shows I've been loving lately, and a bit of a spiral about why summer doesn't seem to "summer" the way it used to.

I keep coming back to this idea of chronic not-enough-ness - that feeling that we're not making enough memories, not getting outside enough, not soaking up the season enough. Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, we forgot how to be bored, how to slow down, and how to let an ordinary Tuesday be enough.

So this episode is really just me talking through a few simple ways we can reclaim a little of that carefree feeling!

  • Normalize Loving Life & Not Always Having Fun
    2026/07/22

After months of sleepless nights, Peter and I finally started sleep training - and I genuinely feel like our entire family is coming out of a fog. I’m sharing the emotional reality of those first few nights, why finally getting sleep has somehow made me feel even more exhausted, and the ways sleep deprivation affected how I saw myself as a mom.

Then I’m diving into the conflicting emotions that come with living inside the life you once dreamed about. I can feel both incredibly grateful and completely overwhelmed. I can miss an old chapter without wanting it back. Visualizing and praying for a season doesn’t mean it won’t still be tough in ways we never expected.

Plus, a few summer TV and book chat, some classic RHONY nostalgia, and why I’m officially declaring it a hot girl fall.
