このコンテンツについて
Greetings from the Lake of the Ozarks and the School of the Osage! My name is Laura Hayes, and you’re listening to the Heritage Little Authors Podcast. Tomorrow marks our very first day of school, and all around the building there’s a special kind of energy—teachers are putting the finishing touches on classrooms, reviewing routines, and making sure every detail is just right.
This year, our podcast will bring you the voices of our students and staff. You’ll hear student-written stories that showcase imagination and creativity, along with reflections from teachers and school leaders.
For this very first episode, I had the chance to ask a few of our staff members some questions. You’ll also get to meet our new superintendent, Dr. Jason Price, who joined me in the Heritage Library to introduce himself to our families and share his thoughts from these first few weeks.
You’ll also hear from some of our wonderful Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade teachers, as well as Mrs. Wedig, our counselor; Mrs. Job, our instructional support coach; and our leadership team—Dr. Sperling and Mrs. Rowden, our principal and assistant principal.
