    • Clients get clear checklists (Stage 1 and Stage 2) to guide their progress.



    • Frequent touchpoints: 1:1 calls, Golden Hour group calls, and clear project assignments.



    • Stage 1 focuses on time management, OnRamp, and sales skills.



    • Stage 2 shifts to systems building, metrics tracking, and retention strategies.



    • Stage advancement is earned, not automatic—clients must complete key tasks first.
