How we cope with the memories brought back to the surface while sharing this huge loss and tragedy that has entirely shifted and forever changed our lives. We share the healthy coping mechanisms we individually have implemented during the production of this podcast and the coping mechanisms we incorporate into our daily lives that help us deal with the intense grief and loss we've experienced. Then we pick right back up in the journey to the days and months after Erick returned home from detox and what happened after that. How even Erick himself started to focus on addressing the core issues he had been avoiding and started to embrace coping strategies like boundaries, accountability, therapy, and even mental health medications in the short amount of time leading up to his sudden and accidental death.
