  • Blue Zones, Better Living & Why I'm Taking Others Around the World
    2026/07/15

There are five places in the world where people don't just live long lives — they live well. Into their 90s, their 100s. Moving with joy, eating with intention, connected to community, and rooted in purpose.

They're called Blue Zones. And they changed everything for me.

In this episode of Health Yeah, I Said It, I'm sharing my deep passion for Blue Zone living, breaking down the research behind what makes these regions so extraordinary, and announcing something I have been waiting to talk about: the Health Yeah Collective Blue Zone Retreat Tour — running through 2028.

I’m taking individuals to experience Blue Zone living firsthand. Not as tourists. As students of a better way of living.

My Sardinia, Italy retreat is open NOW for travel this October —and if international travel isn't on your radar yet, my California retreat in March 2027 is your entry point.

    In this episode:

    • What Blue Zones are and the Power 9 habits that explain extraordinary longevity
    • Why most of us in Western culture are living in direct opposition to everything Blue Zones teach
    • The full Blue Zone Retreat Tour lineup through 2028
    • What individuals experience — and how they're transformed — on these retreats
    • How to join us in Sardinia this October

If Sardinia is calling your name — DM or comment the word RETREAT in my comments here on Spotify and I'll send you everything you need. All details also live on my website and social accounts — links below in notes.

You don't just visit a Blue Zone. You bring the spirit of it home.

  • You Are Not Your Roles: A Conversation About Identity & Worth
    2026/07/08

Who are you when you strip away the titles?

Mom. Partner. Leader. Caregiver. Entrepreneur. Friend.

These roles matter—but they are not the whole story.

In this episode of Health Yeah, I Said It, I explore what happens when we begin to confuse what we do with who we are. Through personal stories and coaching insights, she unpacks the connection between identity, self-worth, burnout, and overall well-being, and shares why true wellness starts long before the latest health trend or habit.

    You'll hear:

    • Why your roles aren't your identity
    • How tying your worth to achievement, appearance, or approval can quietly impact your health
    • Michelle's personal reflection on rebuilding her identity through life's transitions
    • Three simple journal prompts and practices to help you reconnect with the truest version of yourself

If you've ever felt like you've lost yourself while taking care of everyone else, this episode is your invitation to come home to yourself.

  • I Failed. And I'm Going Again.
    2026/07/01

Sometimes the pivot isn't graceful. Sometimes it's getting knocked flat on your back and choosing to stand up anyway.

In this episode, I'm sharing something I haven't said publicly until now: I failed the National Board Health and Wellness Coach exam. After months of studying, time invested, money spent, and things in my life put on hold — I missed it by a small margin. And it crushed me.

This episode is the real story — the grief, the tears, the family and nature that held me through it, and the moment I decided to feel everything fully instead of rushing past it.

But it's also the story of what came next: the decision to register for the exam again this summer. Not because I have to. Because I started something, and I finish what I start.

If you've ever failed at something you worked hard for — a goal, a test, a relationship, a dream — this episode is for you.

The delay is not the denial. Show up anyway.

    In this episode:

    • What it actually felt like to fail by a narrow margin
    • How I let myself grieve without spiraling
    • The reframe that changed everything
    • Why I'm going again — and what that means for you too
