Her healing path led her to lifestyle changes, self awareness, and to seek mind-body balance. Yoga is where she found balance and grounding, and in 2015 it led her to become a yoga teacher.
Since then she has embarked in the practices and studies of Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Ancient Healing traditions, and Nawi Ollin Teotl from the Mexicah peoples, an Oral Traditional of the Black Tezcatlipoca. Her work is a reflection of the practices that have allowed her to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her intention is to create offerings that are inclusive, permissive, accessible, and compassionate to the Spanish and English speaking communities.
