As I unpack the dream, I explore the eerie patterns and symbolism that mirror real-world fae folklore: the trickery, the seduction, and the hidden rules of “playing a game” you’re never supposed to forget. Along the way, I share what this experience taught me about these ancient myths. Hello Healers!Let's kick off season 3 with our first solo episode that's equal parts reflection, reset and real life. After opening the season with the guests on the last episode, I'm taking this moment to connect with you 1:1.

Think of this episode like following a thread: I move through life updates between seasons, the small sometimes unexpected signs that guide us, like the pet cemetery outside a place I moved to and how self-care can quietly lead us to what's next. I also answer the same quick fire questions I asked everyone last season.

I shared some practices that are extremely practical and functional to keep me grounded/staying present and a little advice to navigate in mercury retrograde, oh! and of course a lil meditation.

In this special conversation, I’m joined by two incredible women who are also part of my family, my cousin Veronica, an imaginovator, and my sister Kim, a holistic wellness coach. Together they share pieces of their individual healing journeys and the moments that guided us back to living from the heart.

Because we’re related, we also explore deeply meaningful stories from our ancestors. Each of us shares a moment from our lineage when the universe, or Source, seemed to step in with a beautiful, serendipitous moment of support and healing. These stories remind us that the wisdom and healing we experience today often echoes through generations.

We also introduce the Heart Intelligence Living Program, an 8-week self-paced online experience the 3 of us designed to help you live more heart-centered and step into the future human we know is possible.
