Since then she has embarked in the practices and studies of Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Ancient Healing traditions, and Nawi Ollin Teotl from the Mexicah peoples, an Oral Traditional of the Black Tezcatlipoca. Her work is a reflection of the practices that have allowed her to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.
