  • Ep. 38: Purpose Will Pull You Out Of Places You Settled In
    2025/12/09

In this powerful episode of Healed, Hood & Holy, Coach Brittney Hilson dives deep into the truth that purpose will always pull you out of places you were never meant to settle in. When God begins to elevate you, He disrupts comfort, closes doors, and calls you out of identities, relationships, and mindsets that no longer fit who you’re becoming.

We also introduce a brand-new weekly segment: Ask Coach B: The Transparent Truth, where Brittney answers the real, raw questions women wonder about faith, healing, purpose, trauma, entrepreneurship, and the journey of becoming.

Today’s transparent question: “How did you find the courage to step into purpose after everything you’ve been through?”

Her answer will shake you, free you, and remind you that purpose didn’t wait for perfection, it met her in the middle of the mess.

Using Isaiah 43:19 as the foundation, this episode walks listeners through understanding the wilderness season, breaking free from settling, and embracing the uncomfortable process of becoming the woman God designed you to be.

Whether you’re rebuilding, healing, evolving, or stepping into a new chapter, this episode is a reminder that you cannot stay where pain planted you, your purpose is calling you forward.

  • Ep. 37: Generational Healing Starts With Grace
    2025/12/02

In today’s episode, I sat down with no script… just my heart.

God has been reminding me how much grace He pours over us daily — even when we fall short, even when we repeat cycles we swore we’d break, even when we don’t get it right. And it made me stop and ask myself…

If God gives me that kind of grace every single day, why is it so hard to extend it to the people who raised me? To my parents, my siblings, my family… even the people who shaped me through their own brokenness?

    Sometimes we forget:

✨ Nobody asked to be here.

✨ Our parents could only teach us what they knew.

✨ They were shaped by their own environments, beliefs, and brokenness.

✨ And just like us, they have to decide if they’re willing to walk that path with Christ.

Grace doesn’t excuse what happened — but it frees you to grow beyond it.

And when God starts calling you higher, He also starts teaching you how to unlearn, relearn, forgive, and walk differently.

At the end of this episode, I invite you to slow down and really reflect:

Where do I need to extend grace? Where do I need to receive it?
