In Joshua 5, God told Moses to circumcise all the males of Israel. This was to be done while Israel was in the midst of fighting battles and possessing land. It seemed the worse time, but God knew it was the right time, for circumcision was more than a physical transformation. It was spiritual. Tune in as we learn about our identity in Christ as a piacular and unique people.

In Joshua 1, there were three tribes who had been given land as a promise from Moses, which was not part of the promised land. This was land that they had already fought for and built. Joshua went to those three tribes and asked them for a favor that they would aid in the fight so the other nine tribes could possess the promised land.
