    Guys, why are we whispering? This episode is the first in my series surrounding the topic of relatable struggles and how secretive many are about it because we are often told to not be bothered. Let’s do the exact opposite of that because.. why not?


    I had a knot in my hair last week which prompted me to think about the all of the different problems we face today. We tend to think we’re alone but in reality, we’re not that different. You’re not alone. Welcome to the knot in our thinking.
