  • Run Your Race: Fix Your Eyes on Jesus | Hebrews 12:1–2
    2026/08/26

Are you running the race God has set before you—or getting distracted by everyone else’s lane?

In this episode of Glow Up in Grace, I’m teaching from Hebrews 12:1–2 about comparison, unnecessary weight, endurance, and what it means to fix our eyes on Jesus.

We’ll talk about the voices that try to narrate our race, the things we may need to lay aside, and why being tired doesn’t mean you’re finished.

I also created a free Run Your Race Reflection Guide to help you go deeper through prayer, journaling, and personal reflection.

  • God’s Faithfulness Through Every Season: Psalm 37, Part 2
    2026/08/12

Have you lived long enough to look back and see evidence of God’s faithfulness—even through grief, uncertainty, waiting, and change?

In Part 2 of this teaching from Psalm 37, I reflect on David’s testimony: “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken…”

I recorded this episode during one of the most tender seasons of my life. As I continue grieving my husband, rebuilding my life, raising our children, and taking one faithful step at a time, God is teaching me that difficult seasons do not erase His faithfulness.

We may not understand God’s timing or know how everything will work out, but we can look back and remember the doors He opened, the prayers He answered, and the strength He gave us when we did not know how we would make it.

    In This Episode:

    • How your life experience becomes evidence of God’s faithfulness • Trusting God through grief, uncertainty, and unanswered questions • Why God’s Word must move from our minds into our hearts • What it means to wait faithfully without standing still • Why you cannot measure God’s faithfulness by someone else’s highlight reel • Choosing peace over comparison and the appearance of success • Remembering that your present uncertainty does not erase God’s past faithfulness • A heartfelt prayer for provision, healing, direction, families, and those who are still waiting

If you cannot see what God is doing ahead of you, turn around for a moment and remember what He has already done behind you.

I pray this episode reminds you that God has not forgotten you. He is still your strength, your help, and your refuge in times of trouble.

I’d love to hear what God is teaching you.

Forgiveness Isn’t Easy | How to Let Go Without Losing Yourself (with Sherisse Pritchet)

In this episode, I sit down with Sherisse Pritchet for an honest conversation about forgiveness—what it really looks like, why it’s so difficult, and what it takes to walk it out in real life.

We talk about the tension between pain and obedience, and how easy it is to hold on to hurt without even realizing how deeply it’s affecting your heart.

As we unpack this, I reflect on what forgiveness requires—not pretending it didn’t happen, not minimizing the pain—but choosing to release what we were never meant to carry.

Forgiveness is not about the other person. It’s about your freedom.

If you’ve ever struggled with letting go, setting boundaries, or trying to move forward without becoming hardened, this conversation will meet you right where you are.

God doesn’t ask us to carry bitterness. He leads us into freedom.

    Key Insights:

    • Why forgiveness is harder than we admit
    • The difference between forgiveness and reconciliation
    • Letting go without denying your pain
    • How unforgiveness quietly affects your heart
    • Choosing freedom over offense
