  • Stop Winging It: 10 Foundations for Sustainable Business Growth
    2026/10/13

Building a successful business isn't about chasing the latest marketing trends, going viral, or working harder than everyone else. It's about creating strong foundations that support consistent growth, financial stability, and your personal well-being.

In this episode of Mindset to Market, I'm sharing 10 essential foundations every solopreneur needs to build a business that lasts—and they might not all be what you expect!

We're looking at business growth from two equally important perspectives: the personal habits that keep you energized, focused, and resilient, and the practical business systems that help you attract clients, generate revenue, and grow sustainably.

    Inside this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why your mindset is one of your most powerful business tools
    • The importance of nutrition, hydration, movement, connection, and rest for entrepreneurial success
    • Why knowing your numbers is essential to making smarter business decisions
    • How tracking your marketing metrics helps you stop guessing and start growing
    • Why consistent lead generation needs to become part of your regular routine
    • How simple, repeatable sales systems can help you make more sales without constantly hustling

Whether you've been in business for a year or a decade, this episode is an invitation to take a closer look at what's supporting your growth—and what might be missing.

Because sustainable success isn't built on occasional bursts of motivation. It's built on the things you do consistently.

Ready to Build Stronger Foundations in Your Own Business?

  • 142 - Mindset Shift: You Get Better at Selling By Selling
    2026/10/06

If the thought of “selling” makes you picture pushy sales tactics, awkward cold DMs, or some guy in a cheap suit yelling about his sales numbers... I get it. 😂

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of the strangest sales training I ever attended (yes, it involved selling literal reams of paper door-to-door in NYC) and the mindset shift that changed how I think about sales:

You don't get comfortable selling and THEN start selling. You get comfortable selling because you've sold.

Selling is a skill. And like every other skill you've learned in your business, you get better by practicing.

I’ll walk you through a simple 5-step sales practice to help you:

    • Get clear on the ONE thing you're selling
    • Identify potential clients already in your world
    • Get five actual sales reps in
    • Use those reps to collect useful data
    • Follow up without attaching your self-worth to the response

I promise if you hit pause on chasing more new followers, more content or more leads, and take a look at the people already in your inbox, DMs, email list and existing network, you'll realize:

Your next sale might already be there.

  • 141 - How Much Should You Charge? A Better Way to Price Your Offer
    2026/09/29

How much should you charge for your offer?

    $97? $497? $2,000? More?

Pricing can feel incredibly personal, especially when you are the face of your business. But your price is not a reflection of your worth as a human being.

You are pricing an offer, not yourself.

In this episode, I’m sharing a practical conversation about how to price your work based on the actual offer, the transformation you’re helping create, your business model, your capacity and what the market is telling you.

I’m also sharing a few real examples from clients who dramatically changed their pricing, including why sometimes charging more can create a better container for the work.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

    • Why “charge what you’re worth” is terrible pricing advice
    • 5 questions to ask when determining the price of an offer
    • Why a lower-priced offer isn’t necessarily easier to sell
    • How your capacity and business model should influence pricing
    • When the level of client commitment should factor into your price
    • Why you shouldn’t assume price is the problem when an offer isn’t selling
    • How to tell the difference between a pricing problem and discomfort around saying your price
    • Why pricing is just one part of your larger sales system

    One of the biggest takeaways:

If your offer isn’t selling, don’t immediately lower the price.

    Look at the whole system.

Did enough people see it? Did they understand it? Are you talking to people who actually want the result? Did you clearly invite them to buy? Did you follow up?

Sometimes the thing you think is broken isn’t the thing that actually needs your attention.

Want another set of eyes on your sales system?

There are also two ways to work with me this fall:

Foundations is for women who need deeper strategic support building the business underneath their sales activities, including their offer, positioning, marketing and sales systems.

Sales Studio is my new community where we’ll practice the actual needle-moving activities that create sales week after week.

Not sure which one makes sense for you? You don’t need to figure that out before we talk. That’s exactly what the 20-minute conversation is for.
