After winning the elections, Prakash was on top of the world. But something was missing, he still yearned for the thrill and excitement of his past life as a gangster. Things take a dramatic turn when Bablu, one of Prakash's closest associates, is arrested by Malik's men. In a desperate attempt to save his friend, Prakash goes to meet Malik, hoping to strike a deal.
But Malik has other plans. He tells Prakash that he has secured the support of godfather Sunil Shukla, who is the member of parliament from Jaunpur.
