• Bio: Chris Tripoli, with over 45 years in the hospitality industry, has excelled as a concept developer, owner-operator, and consultant. He has created award-winning restaurant concepts and consulted on diverse projects across the US and internationally. Chris has developed successful food service programs for airports, parks, theaters, arenas, convention centers, and medical centers.
