He has created award-winning restaurant concepts and consulted on diverse projects across the US and internationally. Chris has developed successful food service programs for airports, parks, theaters, arenas, convention centers, and medical centers. Leon Reefe has been an active member of FRS since 1978, and a former Town Mayor of Elstree and Borehamwood Wood. He has always had a strong sense of community, wanting to make a difference in society. He now lives in Poole where, during Covid, he has written 3 books.

April K. Mills:

An engineer by training and a change agent by calling and profession, April K. April began her career as a civilian nuclear engineer for the U.S. Navy, repairing aircraft carrier and submarine reactor plants.
